本文通过对2005年我国鸡肉生产、市场与贸易变化等方面进行分析得出如下结论:尽管在10月底我国部分地区发生了禽流感,对鸡肉市场造成了一定的冲击,但全年鸡肉产量小幅增长,市场价格先升后降,进出口均增加。预计2006年我国鸡肉生产继续稳定增长,鸡肉价格逐步回升,鸡肉出口形势好转。国际方面,2006年世界鸡肉生产、贸易增加,鸡肉出口将创历史最高记录。
Based on the analysis of the changes in China’s chicken production, market and trade in 2005, this article draws the following conclusions: Although bird flu was reported in some areas of China in the end of October, it had a certain impact on the chicken market, but the chicken production increased slightly throughout the year , The market price rose first and then decreased, both imports and exports increased. It is estimated that the production of chicken in China will continue to grow steadily in 2006, the price of chicken will gradually rise, and the export situation of chicken will be improved. Internationally, the world’s chicken production and trade increased in 2006, and chicken exports will hit a record high.
