目的探讨一种简单有效的埋伏牙牵引手术暴露切口,既对周围牙龈组织无压迫,又能够形成足够的牙周附着。方法选择上颌前牙区埋伏阻生牙患者5例,采用新型纵行切口,即沿埋伏牙牙体长轴做一纵行切口,并在其远中3 cm处另行一纵行切口,将移形过程中的黏骨膜翻开,并将正畸附件穿出以牵引导萌埋伏牙。结果新型纵行切口暴露埋伏牙的牵引方法,疗程短,牵引埋伏牙达到正常的咬合关系,对相邻牙龈无压迫。结论埋伏牙牵引术中采用纵行切口,优于传统的横切口,既可牢固黏结托槽,又对周围组织无压迫,可获得满意牵引效果。
Objective To explore a simple and effective exposed tooth traction incision, not only on the surrounding gingival tissue without compression, but also to form a sufficient periodontal attachment. Methods Five patients with impacted impacted teeth in the anterior maxillary area of the maxillary anterior were selected and a new longitudinal incision was made. One longitudinal incision was made along the long axis of the incisor teeth and a longitudinal incision was made at a distance of 3 cm. The process of mucoperiosteal open, and the orthodontic attachment piercing to guide the introduction of Meng embryo. Results The new longitudinal incision exposed impacted teeth traction method, a short course of treatment, traction ambush teeth to achieve normal occlusion relationship, the adjacent gingival without oppression. Conclusion The longitudinal incision is better than the traditional transverse incision in the ambush tooth traction, which not only can firmly bond the brackets, but also can restrain the surrounding tissue without compression and obtain the satisfactory traction effect.
