硫脲法是近十年来才较快地发展起来的一项无毒提金新工艺。本文首先概述了国内外硫脲提金技术的发展与现状。然后着重以张家口金矿的硫脲提金试验为例,介绍了应用硫脲从氰化难以处理的含碳泥质氧化金矿中提取黄金的工艺特征和效果。指出此类矿石用硫脲直接从其含金浮选精矿中提金的效果不佳,需要先经焙烧再用硫脲浸出才能获得与氰化法基本相当的技术经济指标,其金的浸出率达95.79%,置换率达98.99%,金的水冶总收率达94.82%,处理一吨金精矿的主要材料消耗费约42.42~52.48元。
Thiourea method is developed rapidly over the past decade a non-toxic gold extraction of new technology. This article first outlines the development and status quo of thiourea gold extraction technology at home and abroad. Then taking the thiourea gold extraction test in Zhangjiakou Gold Mine as an example, the process characteristics and effects of using thiourea to extract gold from carbonaceous argillaceous oxidized gold ore, which is difficult to be treated by cyanidation, are introduced. It is pointed out that such ore has a poor effect of directly extracting gold from its gold-containing flotation concentrates by using thiourea, and needs to be roasted and then leached with thiourea to obtain the technical and economic indexes basically equivalent to the cyanidation method.
