1990年全国交通工作会议,于2月20日～24日在北京召开。李鹏总理向大会致信,钱永昌部长作了题为《治理整顿深化改革稳步发展》的讲话。会议印发了23个单位的经验材料,其中21个单位的代表作了发言。与会代表对李鹏总理的致信、钱永昌部长的讲话以及各单位的经验材料进行了热烈讨论。
The 1990 National Transportation Work Conference was held in Beijing from February 20 to February 24. Premier Li Peng wrote a letter to the General Assembly. Minister Qian Yongchang delivered a speech titled “Steady Development of Governance, Deepening Reforms,”. The meeting published 23 units of empirical material, of which 21 representatives made statements. The participants made a lively discussion on the letter sent by Premier Li Peng and the speech by Minister Qian Yongchang and the experience materials of all the units.
