热处理生产实践证实,盐浴对加热工件的氧化脱碳现象,成为影响工件质量的主要因素,不少产品零件,常因氧化脱碳严重,降低了机械性能。使用过程中,常因发生早期磨损、开裂、疲劳损坏等,而造成事故。过去,采用木炭脱氧剂,脱氧效果差,污染盐浴,使零件表面脱碳、污染腐蚀,造成零件成批报废。一九七四年以来,我们试验采用氟化镁、氯化镁两种新脱氧剂,脱氧效果优良,操作方便,受到工人欢迎。

Since 1974, we have experimented with two new oxygen scavengers, magnesium fluoride and magnesium chloride, which have good deoxidation effect and are easy to operate and are welcomed by workers.
