采用 Ｔ Ｌ Ｃ 法 对复方 草珊瑚 含片 中草珊 瑚浸 膏，薄 荷脑进 行了定 性鉴 别，并 应用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 法对复方草 珊瑚含片 中反丁 烯二酸的 含量进行 了测定 。方法 简便， 结果 准确， 且重 复性 好，可 作为 该制剂的质 量控制 标准。
TLC method was used to quantify the content of the compound herbicide Coral Locus corydalis chinensis, and the content of glucomannan was determined by H P L C method. The content of glucocorticoids in the Compound Coral Lozenges was determined. The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control standard for the preparation.
