应用半定量超微计量评价,就微量元素硒和透明质酸酶对急性实验性心肌缺血早期保护效应进行了观察研究。结果表明上述药物对校死边缘区亚微结构的病变程度与对照组比较有显著差异。其中透明质酸酶的效果略优于硒。实验研究证明线粒体、细胞核和细胞质膜的改变作为半定量超微观察评价的指标,对判定细胞损伤的程度有一定价值。
The application of trace elemental selenium and hyaluronidase in the early protective effect of acute experimental myocardial ischemia was observed by semi-quantitative supermicroevaluation evaluation.
