以辐射热甩尾法的甩尾潜伏期作为痛阈,观察纳洛酮(NAL)对伏核注入精氨酸加压素(AVP)能提高痛阈及增强电针镇痛作用的影响。结果:伏核内微量注入AVP(0.015U),大鼠痛阈提高,针刺镇痛效应明显增强。伏核预先注入NAL(0.8μg),明显削弱AVP的镇痛和增强电针镇痛作用。1、2、3V电针的平均针效与对照组比较减弱了37%(P<0.01),电针后效由40min缩短为20min。结果表明,AVP参与痛觉调节过程,并在电针镇痛过程中发挥一定的作用。这种作用部分是由内源性阿片肽系统中介的。
To investigate the effect of naloxone (NAL) on vomiting of arginine vasopressin (AVP) can increase the pain threshold and enhance the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture. Results: Microinjection of AVP (0.015U) into the nucleus accumbens increased the pain threshold and markedly enhanced the acupuncture analgesia. Nerve nucleus pre-injected with NAL (0.8μg), significantly weakened the AVP analgesia and enhance the role of electroacupuncture analgesia. The average acupuncture efficacy of 1,2,3 V electroacupuncture was 37% lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the post-electroacupuncture efficacy was shortened from 40 min to 20 min. The results showed that AVP participates in the process of pain regulation and plays a role in the electroacupuncture analgesia. This effect is mediated in part by the endogenous opioid system.
