目的:建立九味渣驯丸中羟基红花黄色素A含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱条件:依利特Hypersil-ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm)与Sunfire C18柱(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26:2:72);检测波长:403nm;柱温30℃,流速:0.8mL/min。结果:羟基红花黄色素A回归方程Y=3 024.10X+6.69,R=0.999 9(n=6);线性范围:(2.41~24.1)μg/mL,平均回收率为98.49%(RSD=1.64%,n=9)。结论:本方法结果稳定、可靠,操作简便,可作为九味渣驯丸的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Jiuwei Zijia Wan. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The chromatographic conditions were Elixel Hypersil-ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm) and Sunfire C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid : 72); detection wavelength: 403 nm; column temperature 30 ° C, flow rate: 0.8 mL / min. Results: The regression equation of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 3 024.10X + 6.69, R = 0.999 9 (n = 6). The linear range was 2.41 ~ 24.1 μg / mL with the average recovery of 98.49% (RSD = 1.64 %, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is stable, reliable and easy to operate. It can be used as the quality control standard of Jiuwei residue taming pill.
