唐山发电厂5号汽轮机系捷克列宁格勒金属工厂1956年生产的25MW机组,到1992年底已运行35年,超过了设计运行年限。为了保证机组的安全运行,本文介绍了对该机的汽轮机转子寿命的分析评估工作,在对汽轮机转子运行受力分析的基础上,绘制了转子寿命损耗曲线,同时结合机组已耗转子寿命的估计,对该机组的剩余寿命提供了较为可靠的依据。本文亦可供同类型汽轮机转子寿命分析时参考。
