据《建材工业信息》1999年第4期江镇海报道:由中国轻工总会玻璃搪瓷研究所与浙江省湖州市硅砖厂联合研制开发的高强超轻硅砖,最近在上海通过技术鉴定。该型砖采用硅石粉为主要原料,CaO 为矿化剂。以有机可燃尽物(塑料微珠)为造孔剂,采用自硬浇注成型工艺,生坯干燥后经1380~1400℃高温烧成,可制得宏观为圆球形小气孔,鳞石英晶体为主相、多孔结构的高强超轻硅质隔热耐火材料,它具有容重低、强度高、绝热性能好、耐温度高等优点。与同样高温的氧化铝绝热砖相比,价格要低得多。同时用于玻璃熔窑上部结构的保温绝热层,可以减少窑体散热损失,提高热能利用率。该成果可广泛适应于建材、电真空行业的玻璃熔窑
According to “Building Materials Industry Information” 1999, No. 4 issue of Jiang Zhenhai: The high-strength ultra-light silicon bricks jointly developed by the China Glass Industry Association’s Glass Porcelain Research Institute and the Huzhou Silicon Brick Plant in Zhejiang Province have recently passed technical appraisal in Shanghai. This type of brick uses silica powder as the main raw material and CaO as mineralizer. The organic combustible material (plastic microbeads) is used as a pore-forming agent, and a self-hardening casting process is adopted. After the green body is dried, it is sintered at a high temperature of 1380 to 1400°C to obtain macroscopically spherical small pores. The scalelite crystals are mainly formed. Phase, porous structure of high strength and ultra-light silicon insulation refractory, it has a low bulk density, high strength, good thermal insulation, high temperature resistance advantages. Compared with the same high temperature alumina thermal insulation brick, the price is much lower. At the same time, the heat insulation layer used in the upper structure of the glass melting furnace can reduce the heat loss of the kiln body and increase the utilization of heat energy. The results can be widely adapted to glass melting furnaces for building materials and electric vacuum industries.
