目的:探讨Mammotome微创旋切系统对乳腺肿块的诊断和治疗价值。方法:在超声引导下,采用Mammotome微创旋切系统对186例乳腺病患者237处乳腺肿块进行微创旋切术。结果:纤维腺瘤165例、乳腺腺病伴纤维腺瘤形成30例、乳腺腺病12例、囊性增生9例、不典型增生10例、原位癌5例,浸润性癌6例。术后对原位癌及浸润性癌的残腔周围及针道进行病理检查,2例浸润性癌残腔局部边缘有癌残留,针道无残留。结论:超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统对乳腺良性肿块既可达到诊断和治疗目的,又可起到美容效果,同时提高乳腺肿块病理诊断率。
Objective: To investigate the value of Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of breast masses. Methods: Under the guidance of ultrasound, Mammotome minimally invasive rotational cutting system was used to perform micro-invasive excision of 237 breast masses in 186 patients with breast diseases. Results: There were 165 cases of fibroadenoma, 30 cases of breast adenosis with fibroadenoma, 12 cases of breast adenosis, 9 cases of cystic hyperplasia, 10 cases of dysplasia, 5 cases of carcinoma in situ and 6 cases of invasive carcinoma. Postoperative pathological examination of the residual cavity around the carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma and needle pathology, 2 cases of invasive cancer residue at the local margin of residual cancer, needle road without residue. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive polypectomy system can not only achieve the purpose of diagnosis and treatment of benign breast mass, but also improve the cosmetic effect and improve the diagnostic rate of breast mass.
