有一位工作已经十年的青年教师,在语文教学上取得了出色的成绩,可是当他公开表示要争取当一名高级教师时,被嘲笑为“不自量力”;还有一位大学刚刚毕业的青年教师,在备课时敢于发表意见,并且大胆亮出努力目标:争取在作文教学科学研究上作出成绩,结果被认为“不知天高地厚”。以上两例,引起了我的深思:在语文教学界,人们强调青年教师虚心学习这当然是正确的;但同时应当宣传青年教师后来居上,敢于冒尖。现在的实际状况是:后者宣传不够。这对语文教学的发展
