目的:评价3种止血药在胸部闭合性损伤治疗中的成本-效果比。方法:对本院急诊科收治的121例患者用成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:血凝酶组治疗效果显著优于另外两组,且成本效果比最佳。结论:血凝酶是治疗胸部闭合性损伤的最佳方案。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of three hemostatic agents in the treatment of closed thoracic injuries. Methods: 121 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were evaluated by cost-effectiveness analysis. Results: The hemagglutinin treatment group was significantly better than the other two groups, and the cost-effectiveness ratio was the best. Conclusion: Hemagglutinin is the best treatment for closed chest injury.
