1250℃温度下进行了合破铁矿砂压块在空气和保护气氛中的还原试验。结果表明:在本实验条件下还原30min不可能得到理想的金属化率,还原过程中气氛的氧化性强弱及还原后的冷却方式对合破铁矿砂压块的金属化率有重要影旬在保持还原过程的气氛和冷却气氛的条件下,合破铁矿砂压块固定碳配比为12%~14%时,可得到金属化率为60%~70%左右的废钢替代品压块。
