目的:通过对上海市对口支援都江堰市卫生人才培训效果评价,提出建立监控评价体系的重要性。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对都江堰市卫生人才培训人员和上海市各级医疗卫生机构带教老师进行问卷调查。结果:原计划培训时间与实际培训时间符合率只有46.82%;原工作岗位与培训岗位符合率只有68.70%。64.12%学员和61.41%带教老师对组织工作的总体评价为好;65.90%学员和54.70%带教老师认为培训预期目标达成情况为一般;学员认为影响培训效果的主要因素是:实践操作不够(20.10%)、语言沟通困难(15.27%)。带教老师认为影响培训效果的主要因素是:两地文化差异(45.97%),学员基础差(13.42%)。结论:建立监控评价体系是提高培训效果的有效措施。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of health personnel training in Dujiangyan, which is supported by Shanghai counterparts, and to put forward the importance of establishing a monitoring and evaluation system. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the health personnel in Dujiangyan City and the teachers in Shanghai medical and health institutions at all levels. Results: The original planned training time coincides with the actual training time only 46.82%; the original work and training positions coincide rate of only 68.70%. 64.12% of the trainees and 61.41% of the teachers with teaching experience are good at organizational work; 65.90% of the trainees and 54.70% of the teaching staff believe that the training objectives are as expected. The main factors that the trainees think affect the training effect are: 20.10%), language communication difficulties (15.27%). The main factors that teaching teachers think affect the training effect are: cultural differences between the two places (45.97%) and poor foundation of trainees (13.42%). Conclusion: Establishing the monitoring evaluation system is an effective measure to improve the training effect.
