希腊成人教育分三级管理:中央政府、专区和地方。专区和地方根据当地需要可独立自主地举办成人教育,但要与中央部一级成人教育机构取得正式的联系。部负责拟定总的路线,安排活动,编制规章,执行成人教育中心任务,筹划高级事务,并指导扫盲运动。因此,部级领导集中力量决策、指导和调节,主持定期会议,不断地培养成人教育工作者。专区和地方负责有关研究规划和课程的决定。
Adult education in Greece is divided into three levels of management: the central government, prefectures and places. Zones and localities may independently hold adult education according to local needs, but obtain formal contact with adult education institutions at the central level. The Department is responsible for drawing up an overall alignment, arranging activities, preparing regulations, performing adult education centers, planning senior affairs and guiding literacy campaigns. Therefore, ministerial-level leaders concentrate on making decisions, guiding and regulating, and conducting regular meetings to continually train adult educators. Areas and places are responsible for decisions about research planning and curricula.
