前言石英挠性加速度计的挠性摆片由石英材料制成,结构简单,它没有象宝石轴承那样的摩擦效应和摩损特性,也没有象金属挠性杆那样的不稳定性和疲劳。其良好的稳定性,再加上小型化的混合伺服线路,使整个表具有体积小、精度高、抗冲击和价格低等优点。因此它近年来发展很快,已广泛应用于航空、导弹、测斜、测震等领域。本文叙述石英挠性加速度计伺服电路设计中的一些问题。
Preface Flexible accelerometer quartz flexible accents made of quartz material, the structure is simple, it does not have the same friction and wear properties as the gemstone bearings, nor as metal flexible rod that instability and fatigue. Its good stability, coupled with the miniaturized hybrid servo line, makes the entire table small, high precision, shock and low price. Therefore, it has developed rapidly in recent years and has been widely used in the fields of aviation, missiles, inclinometer and seismic survey. This article describes some problems in the design of quartz flexible accelerometer servo circuit.
