改革开放进入新世纪以来,我国食品行业有了巨大发展。随着国民经济的持续增长,人民生活水平不断提 高,食品工业迅速发展,对食品冷冻、冷藏、预冷、冻干、保鲜技术提出了更高的要求。为了进一步加强企业间信 息沟通与交流,推动食品冷藏链与食品加工设备行业技术进步与发展,由全国商业冷藏科技情报站、上海冷藏 库协会、广东省冷藏库行业协会联合主办,杭州肉类联合集团公司协办的“中国食品冷藏科技论坛”初步定于 2005年5月中旬在杭州召开。
Since the reform and opening up entered the new century, China’s food industry has enjoyed tremendous growth. With the continuous growth of the national economy, people’s living standards continue to rise, the rapid development of the food industry, put forward higher requirements for food freezing, chilling, precooling, freeze-drying, preservation technology. In order to further strengthen the communication and exchange of information between enterprises and promote the technological progress and development of the food cold chain and food processing equipment industry, the joint venture of the National Commercial Refrigeration Technology Information Station, Shanghai Refrigeration Association and Guangdong Refrigeration Industry Association, Co-organized by the group “China Food Refrigeration Technology Forum ” is tentatively scheduled to be held in mid-May 2005 in Hangzhou.
