目的研究克感利咽口服液处方药材的超声提取方法。方法分别以黄芩苷、栀子苷、色谱图相似度、总固体得率作为指标,采用均匀设计试验,结合药理学指标,研究克感利咽口服液超声提取工艺。结果优选最佳超声提取工艺为:8mm药材粒度,9倍量40%乙醇,超声温度60℃,超声功率1200W,提取2次,每次30min。结论克感利咽口服液采用超声提取工艺切实可行,具有节能、省时、提高提取效率等优势。
Objective To study the method of ultrasonic extraction of Prescription Medicinal Herbs of Keri Liyan Oral Liquid. Methods Baicalin, Geniposide, chromatographic similarity and total solid yield were used as indexes to study the ultrasonic extraction process of Kegan Liyan Oral Liquid by using uniform design test and pharmacological index. Results The optimal ultrasonic extraction process was as follows: 8mm particle size, 9 times the amount of 40% ethanol, ultrasonic temperature 60 ℃, ultrasonic power 1200W, extracted twice, each time 30min. Conclusions Kusilinko oral solution using ultrasonic extraction process is feasible, with energy saving, saving time, improve the extraction efficiency and other advantages.
