部质量司于1985年11月15日至20日在石家庄市召开了“航空工业民用产品质量控制条例”审定会。部属33个厂、所52名代表参加了会议。这些来自民品生产第一线的各单位代表对“条例”进行了认真的讨论,相互介绍了在激烈的市场竞争中民品生产的成功经验和失败教训,一致认为制订我部民品质量控制条例是当务之急。
The Department of Quality and Quality held a certification meeting for the “Civil Industry Civil Product Quality Control Regulations” from November 15 to 20, 1985 in Shijiazhuang. A total of 33 factories and 52 representatives attended the meeting. These representatives from various units in the civilian production line seriously discussed the “Regulations” and introduced each other’s successful experiences and failures in the production of civilian products in the fierce market competition. They all agreed that the establishment of the Ministry of Civil Affairs Quality Control Regulations is a top priority. .
