目的 :建立亚贡叶中沼菊素的含量测定方法,为亚贡叶的质量控制提供科学依据。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法,条件为:Agilent Eclipse XDB-CN(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(34∶66)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:210 nm,柱温30℃。结果 :沼菊素在0.081~5.190μg(r=1)线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.69%(RSD=1.35%)。结论 :该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,其结果可为亚贡叶的质量控制和新药研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of balsamycin in Yagong leaves and provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Yagong leaves. METHODS: The HPLC conditions were as follows: Agilent Eclipse XDB-CN (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-water (34:66) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Detection wavelength: 210 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between balsamycin and 0.081-5.190μg (r = 1) with an average recovery of 96.69% (RSD = 1.35%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The results provide a reference for the quality control and new drug research of Ya Gong leaves.
