利用好气培养法对尿素和尿素混施有机物料后在土壤中的氮素转化特征进行了研究。结果表明 ,尿素混施鸡粪和小麦秸秆后 ,在 35℃下培养 5周以内 ,可较尿素单施显著提高土壤中NH+4 -N含量。有机物料C/N不同对氮素转化影响各异 :尿素与鸡粪混施后NO-3 -N是土壤中氮素积累的主要形态 ;而尿素与麦秸混施后则发生强烈的矿质氮固持作用 ,土壤中的NO-3 -N甚至低于未施肥处理。矿质氮营养和能源碳的加入均可增加土壤中微生物态氮的含量 ,培养 8周时土壤中微生物态氮含量以 :尿素 +麦秸 >尿素 +鸡粪 >尿素单施处理
Nitrogen transformation characteristics in soils were studied by aerobic culture method after urea and urea were mixed with organic materials. The results showed that when urea was applied to chicken manure and wheat straw, the content of NH + 4 -N in soil was significantly higher than that of urea when cultured at 35 ℃ for 5 weeks. The effects of organic matter C / N on nitrogen transformation were different: the combination of urea and chicken manure NO-3-N was the main form of nitrogen accumulation in soil; and the strong mineral nitrogen retention The NO-3-N level in the soil was even lower than that of the non-fertilization treatment. Mineral nitrogen nutrition and energy carbon addition could increase the content of microbial nitrogen in soil. The content of microbial nitrogen in soil after 8 weeks culture was: urea + wheat straw> urea + chicken manure> urea single application
