目的:研究甘薯叶酚类物质的动态变化规律以及其清除自由基的能力,从而确定甘薯叶最佳采样时期以及甘薯叶的资源价值。方法:分别用Folin酚比色法,A(lNO3)3比色法,高效液相法测定不同时期不同品种甘薯叶中多酚,黄酮,其绿原酸的含量,DPPH比色法测定其清除自由基的能力。结果:不同品种甘薯叶酚类物质含量的动态变化特征大体一致,在在栽培后的45天至95天呈上升趋势,115天左右达到最大值:济薯的多酚,黄酮含量分别为20.46mg/g;7.62mg/g,川山紫的绿原酸含量为4.12mg/g,115天至155天呈下降趋势,155天至175天又呈缓慢回升的趋势。多酚类物质含量对其清除自由基能力有一定的影响,但不存在显著性的相关性。结论:该研究为甘薯叶的开发利用提供了一定的理论和试验依据。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of phenols in sweet potato leaves and their ability to scavenge free radicals, so as to determine the optimal sampling period of sweet potato leaves and the resource value of sweet potato leaves. Polyphenolic content of its ability to scavenge free radicals have a certain impact, but there is no significant correlation. Conclusion: This study provides some theoretical and experimental evidences for the development and utilization of sweet potato leaves.
