一、一九五四年防汛工作总结一九五四年汛期气候反常,本省各地雨量较往年特多。雨情的特点是:雨期早、雨量大、面广、时间长,不少地方又特别集中,再加上上游的影响,引起各河的连续暴涨。黄河在吴堡出现六、○○○秒公方以上流量者达四次,九月二日洪水达一○、九一○秒公方,为一九四二年以来最大洪水。渭河八月十七日在太寅站洪水为六、○○○秒公方,是一九三三年以来最大洪水。泾、洛、渭、丹江等河都先后出现三、四次
