思想政治工作作为保证企业稳定发展的主力部分,在保障企业稳定运营中发挥重要功能。可见,现代企业有必要提高政工队伍建设的地位,落实政工队伍建设工作,彻底了解企业政工队伍建设的重要性以及关键作用,综合考虑现今政工队伍建设工作里遗留的主要问题以及企业本身具体现状,实施具有目的性的方案,提高对企业政工队伍建设重要性的认识并付诸行动。笔者先浅析了加强现代企业政工队伍建设的重要性,再按照眼下政工工作的主要问题,有针对性提出的解决措施。
