目前国内各大油田对于稠油油藏的开采普遍采用的是蒸汽吞吐热采方法,该方法作业的过程大致可分为三个阶段,即注汽、焖井及回采。而在油田地面建设中通常将从湿蒸汽锅炉蒸汽出口至单井井口的管线统称为高温高压注蒸汽管线,简称为注汽管线。由于该管线运行介质为高温高压蒸汽,一旦管线出现问题极易造成较大的事故,轻则造成油田正常生产受到影响,重则造成人员伤亡事故的出现,因此有必要对其施工组织管理进行总结规范。在结合国家相关施工验收规范、技术标准的基础上,笔者结合近几年来油田注汽管线施工取得的一些经验教训,对高温高压注汽管线的施工组织与管理进行梳理,并对施工过程中的关键点进行了总结,期望能够给该类管线的施工组织与管理提供一些借鉴和经验。
At present, the major domestic oilfields for the exploitation of heavy oil reservoirs commonly used is steam huff and puff method, the method of operation can be divided into three phases, namely, steam injection, brazing and recovery. In the field construction of the oil field, the pipeline from the steam outlet of the wet steam boiler to the single-wellhead is generally referred to as the high-temperature and high-pressure steam injection pipeline, which is referred to as the steam injection pipeline for short. As the pipeline running medium is high temperature and high pressure steam, once the pipeline problems easily cause a big accident, causing the normal production of the oil field will be affected, causing heavy casualties, it is necessary to summarize the construction management specification. Based on the acceptance of relevant national construction codes and technical standards, the author combines some experiences and lessons learned from the construction of steam injection pipeline in recent years to sort out the construction organization and management of high temperature and high pressure steam injection pipeline, The key points are summarized, hoping to provide some reference and experience for the construction organization and management of this type of pipeline.
