目的:观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将149例患者随机分为2组,治疗组75例拟中药(浓缩颗粒)小柴胡汤加减配合西沙必利治疗,每次10mg,每天3次口服;对照组74例单纯应用西沙必利治疗。2组均疗程4周。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.00%,对照组为70.27%。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良有良好的疗效。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods: One hundred and ninety-nine patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction of 75 cases of traditional Chinese medicine (concentrated granules) plus cisapride plus 10 mg of xiphai for 3 times daily. In the control group, 74 cases were treated with cisapride treatment. 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group and 70.27% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia have a good effect.
