不久前,国务院办公厅下发《关于整合检验检测认证机构实施意见的通知》(以下简称《通知》),部署加快检验检测机构整合工作。《通知》提出,到2015年,基本完成事业单位性质的机构整合,转企改制工作基本到位,市场竞争格局初步形成。业内预期,上述文件出台后,检验检测行业由国有机构垄断的局面有望改变,民营检测和第三方检测市场将迎来重大机会。
