WQ型煤粉预燃室旋流燃烧器(以下简称燃烧器)是上海吴泾热电厂与清华大学热能工程系共同研制成功的。它具有点火性能好,稳燃能力强,长时间投用不结焦、不积粉、不烧坏等优点,并配有遥控、程控和自动等装置,故具有投用迅速的优点。在技术鉴定会上,一致认为:该型燃烧器设计合理,结构简单,安全可靠,操作方便以及改造费用少。我厂已在四台高压煤粉炉上使用,投用两年多来表明性能良好,经济效益显著。每台220吨/时高压煤粉炉参加调峰,全年节油1900吨,每次点火可节油3~8吨。一、燃烧器的布置燃烧器在锅炉上布置的位置直接影响能否实现煤粉点火和低负荷稳燃,特别是主燃烧器布置在四角的锅炉,在布置上必须使“燃烧器”与主燃烧器的两股射流在合适的位置相遇。
