1975年2月至1985年2月我院收治的大肠癌496例(乙状结肠癌69例,升、横结肠100例,直肠癌327例)中,有4例肿瘤侵犯到膀胱。这4例大肠癌侵犯膀胱患者的情况分别为:1例发病初曾有尿频、尿急、尿痛症状,按炎症治疗后,小便时有气体排出,并有终末粪渣。钡灌肠见乙状结肠有4～5cm狭窄;肾盂静脉造影见膀胱左侧壁不规则充盈缺损;B超提示有实质占位性病
From February 1975 to February 1985 in our hospital, 496 cases of colorectal cancer (69 cases with sigmoid colon cancer, 100 cases with ascending, transverse colon, and 327 cases with rectal cancer) had 4 cases of bladder invasion. These 4 cases of colorectal cancer invasion of bladder patients were: 1 case had frequent urination, urgency, dysuria symptoms, according to inflammation after treatment, urine gas discharge, and end fecal residue. Barium enema shows sigmoid colon is 4 ~ 5cm stenosis; renal pelvis angiography see the left side of the bladder irregular filling defect; B ultrasound prompts a substantial placeholder sexually transmitted diseases
