目的对卵巢交界性肿瘤(BOTs)的治疗进行探讨,为卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析2002~2013年间65例在本院进行手术治疗的卵巢交界性肿瘤患者病例,对其治疗经过和疗效进行详细的探讨。结果结果显示65例患者术后康复效果较好。同时对65例中的56例患者进行平均为期70个月的随访,只有1例患者病症复发,术后2年后死亡。结论利用手术方式进行卵巢交界性肿瘤的治疗预后效果较好,尤其对有生育功能要求的患者行囊肿剔除或患侧附件摘除术较为合适。另外,早期症状的治疗可不用清扫淋巴结。
Objective To investigate the treatment of borderline ovarian tumors (BOTs) and provide reference for the clinical treatment of borderline ovarian tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 65 cases of borderline ovarian tumor patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from 2002 to 2013 was conducted. The treatment and efficacy of 65 cases were analyzed in detail. Results The results showed that 65 cases of postoperative recovery effect is better. At the same time, 56 patients in 65 cases were followed up for an average of 70 months. Only 1 patient recurred and died 2 years after the operation. Conclusion Surgical treatment of ovarian borderline tumors has a better prognosis, especially for patients with reproductive function requiring cyst excision or ipsilateral appendix extirpation. In addition, the treatment of early symptoms may not have to clean the lymph nodes.
