目的总结综合护理干预在改善类风湿关节炎患者抑郁状态方面的影响价值。方法选择我院收治的96例类风湿关节炎患者作为实验对象,分为常规护理组以及综合护理组两组,每组48例。对比两组类风湿关节炎患者护理干预后生活质量评分以及护理干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分。结果护理干预前,组间患者焦虑、抑郁消极情绪评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后综合护理组患者消极情绪评分低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,综合护理组患者生活质量评分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以改善类风湿关节炎患者的消极情绪、提高生活质量,建议推广应用。
Objective To summarize the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of depression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Ninety-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects and divided into two groups: conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group, with 48 cases in each group. The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients with rheumatoid arthritis after nursing intervention were compared, and anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing intervention. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in anxiety and depression scores (P> 0.05). After the nursing intervention, the score of negative emotion in the comprehensive nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group (P <0.05) ). After nursing intervention, the quality of life in comprehensive nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and improve the quality of life, it is recommended to promote the application.
