目的总结疱疹性咽峡炎的应急措施和健康教育对策,为幼儿园规避大面积感染提供借鉴与参考。方法隔离15名已患病幼儿,对其他幼儿采取应急措施。结果经采取应急措施和健康教育,及时控制了疫情发展,患病幼儿得到了较好治疗。结论幼儿园爆发疱疹性咽峡炎,应及时隔离患病幼儿,采取严格晨检、午检、消毒、宣传和管理、均衡膳食等有效措施控制疫情,避免大面积感染。
Objective To summarize the emergency measures and health education measures of herpangina in order to provide reference and reference for kindergarten to avoid large area infection. Methods Fifteen sick children were isolated and emergency measures were taken against other children. Results After taking emergency measures and health education, the epidemic situation was controlled in time and the sick children were treated well. Conclusion Herpes zoster in kindergarten should be promptly isolated. Strict inspection, lunch inspection, disinfection, publicity and management, balanced diet and other effective measures should be taken to control the outbreak and prevent large area infection.
