随着磨削机理的深入研究,各种新型磨料磨具的出现以及工程材料的发展,磨削加工工艺也有很大发展。总的来说,磨削加工是向高效率、高精度方向发展的。不过,磨削同其它机械加工方法一样,有着共同的战略目标,即在满足工件要求的前提下,寻求最高的生产率和最低的加工成本。所以,现在都着重于大力研究和发展高效磨削加工工艺。其主要技术目标就是从多方面研究提高磨削加工效率,而获得好的工件表面光洁度、表面质量和精度则放在第二位,后者主要也是为了配合前者。正因为如此,十多年来,高效磨削工艺的研究和发展特别引人注目。
With the in-depth study of grinding mechanism, the emergence of a variety of new abrasive and the development of engineering materials, grinding process also has great development. In general, the grinding process is to high efficiency, high precision direction. However, grinding, like other machining methods, shares a common strategic goal of finding the highest productivity and lowest processing costs while meeting the requirements of the workpiece. So, now focus on vigorously research and development of efficient grinding process. Its main technical goal is to improve the grinding efficiency from many aspects, and get a good surface finish, surface quality and precision are placed second, which is mainly to match the former. Because of this, for more than a decade, the research and development of highly efficient grinding processes have drawn particular attention.
