患者男,52岁,因皮肤变硬伴色素沉着16个月、多饮、多食、消瘦10个月入院。患者于1987年5月左右小腿出现一铜钱大圆形红斑,微痒,相继在四肢胸胁、腰背等处对称出现类似红斑,两个月后皮损转为褐色、并融合成大片,局部皮肤增厚发硬,无痛痒,不出汗,因大面积皮肤变硬,全身活动困难,当地医院诊断为“糖尿病”,用D860、胰岛素治疗,症状无明显改善。无糖尿病家族史。体检:消
