微核试验是筛选化学物对染色体断裂效应与染色体不分离效应的一种简易、快速而有效的方法。七十年代初Boller和Schmid建立这一方法以来,迄今至少对153种化合物进行过微核试验。目前,我国巳逐步在辐射、工业毒物、农药等毒理工作中应用此试验,现将我室对6种化合物的微核试验结果报道如下。材料和方法实验动物为本校动物房饲养的昆明种和C57小鼠,均为雄性,体重25~35g,每组动物5只,每批实验时均设相应的对照组,6种化合物的名称、用途、药物提供单位及
Micronucleus test is a simple, rapid and effective method to screen chemicals for the effect of chromosome rupture and chromosome non-segregation. To date, at least a dozen of the compounds have been micronucleated to date by Boller and Schmid since the early 1970s. At present, China has gradually applied this test in toxicology such as radiation, industrial poison, pesticide and so on. Now we report the results of micronucleus test of 6 kinds of compounds in our lab as follows.
