对组织传播管理和企业文化建设的忽视,制约了企业的长远发展。研究和探索企业的组织传播和企业文化管理,挖掘企业员工的创造性和主动性,提升企业传播的效率是企业竞争的内在要求。本文从组织传播的概念、特征入手探讨了企业的组织传播和企业文化两者的关系。
Neglecting the management of organizational communication and the building of enterprise culture has restricted the long-term development of the enterprise. It is an inherent requirement of enterprises to research and explore the organizational communication and corporate culture management of enterprises, to excavate the creativity and initiative of employees and to enhance the efficiency of corporate communication. This paper discusses the relationship between organizational communication and corporate culture from the concept and characteristics of organizational communication.
