赤潮可严重危害海洋资源 ,对海洋经济造成严重负面影响。虽然国内外学者花费 40余年时间 ,先后提出几十种治理赤潮方法 ,几千种除藻药剂 ,但能真正付诸治理海洋赤潮的却寥寥无几。近期本文作者提出了一种采用绿色强氧化剂———羟基自由基治理海洋赤潮的新方法 ,并解决了强电离放电激励气体分子高效生成羟基自由基的关键科学问题。 2 0 0 2年在山东龙口海域进行的海上围隔中宇宙试验结果表明 :当海水中羟基浓度达到 0 .68mg/L时 ,叶绿素a含量低于能检测到的最低值 ,中肋骨条藻、亚历山大藻等 3 3种赤潮生物致死率达 99.8% ,其中 ,藻类孢子的致死率达 1 0 0 % ,海水水质亦有明显的改善。该方法为绿色化学和先进氧化技术提供了成功的范例 ,实现了零污染、零废物排放治理海洋赤潮灾害
Red tides can seriously damage marine resources and have a serious negative impact on the marine economy. Although scholars at home and abroad spend more than 40 years, they have put forward dozens of methods for controlling red tide and thousands of algae-killing agents, but very few can actually deal with the marine red tide. Recently, the authors proposed a new method using green strong oxidant --- hydroxyl radical to control marine red tide, and solved the key scientific problem of high-efficient generation of hydroxyl radicals by strong ionization discharge excitation gas molecules. The results of a space experiment in the sea enclosure in Longkou, Shandong Province in 2002 show that when the concentration of hydroxyl in seawater reaches 0.68mg / L, the content of chlorophyll a is lower than the lowest detectable value, The deadly rate of algae spores was 100% and the water quality of seawater was significantly improved. This approach provides a successful paradigm for green chemistry and advanced oxidation technologies, enabling zero-pollution, zero-waste emissions to combat marine red tide hazards
