卫生防病工作形势一、改革开放、市场经济形势下出现的许多新的社会卫生管理问题。主要表现在两个方面:一是随着政府部门职能的转变,一部分企业主管部门可能会逐步撤销、归并,“条”的行业管理职能会逐步削弱,今后的卫生管理对象将直接为各企业经济实体,现有的卫生监督力量难以与之相适应;二是在商品大流通下出现的外来人口激增,企事业单位的“三产”热,个体饮食摊、夜排档等纷纷崛起,所有这些,无不给卫生管理带来新的难度和要求。
