新课程以自主、合作、探究为全新的教学理念,强调学习方式的转变,所以合作教学成了本次课程改革积极倡导的教学方式之一。合作教学作为对传统教学组织形式的一种突破和补充,已经被教师越来越广泛地运用,在新一轮语文课程改革中逐渐显现出独特的优势和魅力。然而,因为教师对小组合作教学的精神实质把握欠佳,表面化、形式化的理解又往往使合作教学误入沼泽,甚至背道而驰。归纳起来主要有以下几个方面的不足,笔者也想就此谈一些粗浅的看法。
The new curriculum takes self-reliance, cooperation, and exploration as brand-new teaching concepts, and emphasizes the change of learning methods. Therefore, cooperative teaching has become one of the teaching methods actively promoted in this curriculum reform. As a breakthrough and supplement to traditional teaching organization, cooperative teaching has been more and more widely used by teachers. It gradually shows unique advantages and charm in the new round of Chinese curriculum reform. However, because the teacher’s grasp of the spirit of the group’s cooperative teaching is not good, superficial and formalized understanding often leads to misunderstanding of cooperative teaching and even runs counter to it. To sum up, there are mainly the following deficiencies. I also want to talk about some superficial views.
