前言钛合金由于具有高的强度和低的密度,所以过去主要用作航空结构材料。本文论述了用粉末冶金技术生产Ti—6Al—4V合金的直升飞机部件的研究,其目的在于寻求一种经济的生产方法,除了节省材料之外,还要有满意的疲劳强度。材料的节约总最约达40%。
Preface Titanium alloys used to be primarily used as aerostructured materials due to their high strength and low density. This paper discusses the study of the production of Ti-6Al-4V alloy helicopters using powder metallurgy technology with the aim of finding an economical method of production that requires satisfactory fatigue strength in addition to material savings. The total material savings of up to about 40%.
