文章首次提出“图们江流域小型石佛造像”的概念,并对这一概念进行了界定。文章介绍了这类造像的发现简史,对国内外学界的研究从制作年代与文化属性、宗教内涵两方面进行了概括,指出以往研究中存在的问题,并分析了问题产生的原因,指出目前关于图们江流域小型石佛造像的文化属性和宗教内涵如若要形成一致意见,尚有待于更多材料的支持及进一步深入研究。
The article first put forward the concept of “Small Stone Buddha Statues in the Tumen River Basin”, and defines the concept. This paper introduces a brief history of the discovery of such statues. The study of the domestic and foreign scholars from both the production date and the cultural attributes and religious connotations summarizes the existing problems in previous studies and analyzes the causes of the problems. At the present, The formation of consensus on the cultural attributes and religious connotations of the small Buddha statues in the Tumen River Basin remains to be supported by more materials and further study.
