目的研究绞股蓝、山楂提取物的协同抗氧化活性,探讨抗衰老作用机制。方法小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的绞股蓝、山楂提取物,检测小鼠血液和肝脏组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。结果绞股蓝、山楂提取物协同能显著降低衰老模型小鼠血清和肝组织MDA水平,同时可提高GSH-PX活力水平。结论绞股蓝、山楂提取物协同具有显著的抗氧化作用,对衰老的自由基学说提供有力的支持。
Objective To study the synergistic anti-oxidative activity of extract from Gynostemma pentaphylla and hawthorn, and to explore the anti-aging mechanism. Methods The model of aging was established by injecting D-galactose subcutaneously into the neck of mice. Gynostemma pentaphyllum and hawthorn extracts were administered intragastrically at different doses. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Results Gynostemma pentaphylla and hawthorn extract synergistically reduced the level of serum MDA and MDA in senescent model mice and increased the activity of GSH-PX. Conclusions Gynostemma pentaphylla and hawthorn extract synergistically have a significant antioxidant effect and provide strong support for the free radical theory of aging.
