现已知胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)类似于生长激素介质A和生长激素介质C,其通过生长激素(GH)可影响许多代谢和生长过程.以前曾用各种生物分析进行IGF-Ⅰ的定量,现在运用基于“完整的”天然分子或合成C肽段的特异放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定IGF-Ⅰ含量。本文通过RIA特异的人IGF—Ⅰ的合成53-70肽,测定了正常儿童和成人的IGF-Ⅰ水平。此外,青春期IGF-Ⅰ值与生长参数和性类固醇值进行了比较。 材料和方法:
It is known that insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) is similar to growth hormone mediator A and growth hormone mediator C and can affect many metabolic and growth processes through growth hormone (GH). Various bioanalysis has previously been performed on IGF- I, the IGF-I content is now measured using a specific radioimmunoassay (RIA) based on “intact” natural or synthetic C-peptide. IGF-I levels were measured in normal children and adults using the RIA-specific human IGF-I synthesis 53-70 peptide. In addition, pubertal IGF-I values were compared with growth parameters and sex steroid values. Materials and Method:
