利用液氮对M2高速钢淬火后的试样进行多次循环深冷处理,然后利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜分析了试样经深冷处理前后的相结构及组织变化,并采用洛氏硬度计和球盘摩擦磨损试验测试了试样处理前后的硬度及耐磨性。研究表明,深冷处理可以降低M2钢淬火后残余奥氏体的含量,随深冷次数的增加,残余奥氏体含量逐渐下降,但降幅逐渐减弱,深冷处理后试样硬度明显提高,增幅最大达到4.5 HRC,磨损率下降幅度最高达到39.5%。
The samples after quenching with M2 high speed steel were submerged in liquid nitrogen for several cycles. The phase structure and microstructure of the samples were analyzed by XRD and TEM. Hardness Tester and Ball Disc Frictional Wear Test The hardness and wear resistance of the specimen before and after treatment were tested. The results show that the cryogenic treatment can reduce the residual austenite content of M2 steel after quenching. With the increase of the number of cryogenic treatment, the retained austenite content gradually decreases, but the decreasing amplitude gradually decreases. The hardness of the sample increases obviously after cryogenic treatment 4.5 HRC, the wear rate decreased by up to 39.5%.
