在详细分析激光粒度仪工作原理的基础上,介绍了一种分层方法,用于修正高浓度悬浊液而引起的测量误差。由于光的透射性受待测样品的浓度影响较大,浓度较低将引起散射光能的信噪比减小,将会进一步影响信号分析;浓度太高,破坏了不相关单散射的条件,从而会引起强烈的复散射,使测试结果偏小。引用分层修正模型能有效地提高激光测粒仪的精度。
Based on the detailed analysis of the working principle of the laser particle sizer, a layered method is introduced to correct the measurement error caused by the high concentration of the suspension. Because the light transmittance is greatly influenced by the concentration of the sample to be tested, the lower concentration will cause the signal-to-noise ratio of the scattered light energy to decrease, which will further affect the signal analysis. If the concentration is too high, the conditions of uncorrelated single scattering are destroyed, Which will cause strong complex scattering, the test results are small. Reference to the layered correction model can effectively improve the accuracy of laser particle analyzer.
