一、“五要”做好“知己”环节1.要做好观课前的相关理论知识准备观课前教师必须要了解授课内容,并依据义务教育《体育与健康课程标准》(2011年版)的各个水平段的划分情况,去详细了解和掌握一些相关的理论知识,作为自己观课后进行评课或者撰写观课反思的理论知识储备。2.要做好观课前的心理准备观课前应以积极的、欣赏的心态来虚心观课,尊重他人的劳动成果,学习授课教师的长处,审视不足之处。3.要做好观课前的工具准备准备好教科书、参考书、笔、记录本、秒表、相机、摄像机、录音机等,有条件的可以应用心率遥控测试仪。找一个便于观察的位置,把好的做法及课的闪光点记录下来,在今后的教学中加以运用。此外,观
