目的探讨提高64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查成功率的方法。方法将2008年6月-2008年8月间进行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查的126例患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组在合理使用贝他洛克基础上进行检查前屏气训练并在检查过程中配合低流速吸氧(1.5L/min),对照组仅合理使用贝他洛克。结果实验组和对照组成功率分别为96.8%和85.7%,重建后能诊断但图像出现错层的分别有6例和24例,两组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检查前进行屏气训练和检查过程配合低流速吸氧可以明显提高检查成功率、降低图像错层例数,是提高64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查成功率的有效方法。
Objective To explore a method to improve the success rate of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods 126 patients with 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography between June 2008 and August 2008 were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was trained on the basis of rational use of Betaloc and breath-hold training was performed at Check the process with low-flow oxygen (1.5L / min), the control group only rational use of Betaloc. Results The success rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.8% and 85.7% respectively. There were 6 and 24 cases, respectively, of which the diagnosis could be diagnosed after reconstruction. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions It is an effective way to improve the success rate of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography by breath-holding training and check-up process combined with low-flow oxygen inhalation before checkup to significantly improve the success rate and reduce the number of misdiagnosis.
