我科自1994年4月～1995年11月共收治小儿脑性瘫痪患儿70例,给予素高捷疗针治疗,每次2～5ml,加入10%葡萄糖100ml 中静脉滴注,每天1次,连续4～6周为1疗程,共治疗3～4个疗程,辅以运动锻炼、技能、语言训练,纠正异常姿势、物理治疗,口服抗癫痫药及脑复康、三乐喜等营养脑细胞药物综合治疗,患儿各种临床症状及体征有不同程度的好转,总有效率为95.7%,无效3例,占4.3%。结果显示:年龄越小,疗效越好,头颅 CT 表现为正常及外部性脑积水患儿疗效也较好。本组病例在使用素高捷疗针过程中,疗效肯定、安全,未发现副作用,值得推广应用。
